- Please ensure that you carry a valid form of identification, such as an ID proof or passport during the tour.
- Please arrive at the Al Habtoor Palace Bus Stop at least 15 minutes before departure time.
- Seating is arranged by Bustronomy and may be shared with other guests during high-capacity tours.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Children under 5 travel free with an adult (1 adult:1 child), provided they do not occupy a paid seat.
- Bustronomy ensures a safe experience and takes all necessary precautions on board.
- Please exercise caution when moving around the bus, especially on staircases.
- Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on board.
- No refund will be provided for services that are partly used.
- If a guest fails to arrive at the departure time, the service provider may charge a 100% no-show fee.
